Simply put, Systema is the best at what it does! If you're looking to be the best that you can be at anything and everything you do, Systema can help you (PERIOD)!

 

Designed to teach the person to know themselves, Systema was founded on the principles of self-mastery. With the 4 Pillars of Systema being constantly practiced (Conscious Breathing, Proper Posture, Calm Mind/Body, and Continuous Motion) your entire being becomes aware of itself. This awareness translates into everything you do physically and mentally...consciously and subconsciously. 

 

How does Systema differ from most other systems of practice (ie. martial arts, group fitness, sports, etc.)? The main difference in Systema is that your body is pushed to its limits with the main goal being for you to learn yourself. No belts or medals or competitions to motivate you, just you....and well.....maybe someone swinging a knife at you...LOL.

 

What makes Systema superior to other forms of martial arts training? Systema is in a league of its own mostly because of how it is taught and trained and the end result that it produces.

 

Do I need prior martial arts experience to train in Systema effectively? No, it's actually better to come into Systema with an opened mind and an eagerness to learn.
