Body Hatching in simple terms is annealing of the body. In Metallurgy "Annealing" means to heat (metal or glass) and allow it to cool slowly, in order to remove internal stresses and toughen it. Body Hatching means to remove mental and physical limitations and strengthen the mind body connection.

Body Hatching uses medium to deep pressure, body tapping, stretching, friction, accupressure, rolling, tapping of the soft tissues and nervous system of the body and guided deep breathing in order to connect the mind and body of the recipient.
